States that trample on the rights of law-abiding citizens with so-called “assault weapons” bans, due process-shredding “Red Flag” Gun Confiscation laws, magazine bans, and endless permitting schemes.
Meanwhile, South Carolina joins 24 other freedom-loving states for one simple reason.
South Carolinians refuse to compromise on their Second Amendment rights.
Thanks to the tireless work of grassroots activists and a few courageous lawmakers who stood firm against the pressure, South Carolina is now a Constitutional Carry state.
Which is why law-abiding citizens can carry a firearm, open or concealed, without begging the government for permission, without mandatory training mandates pushed by weak-kneed Republicans, and without handing over fingerprints and fees.
South Carolina has no Universal Gun Registration schemes that harass honest gun owners.
The Palmetto state has no due process-shredding “Red Flag” Gun Confiscation law that allows angry ex-spouses or vindictive leftist neighbors to strip away your rights.
Giffords claims “strong” gun-control laws save lives.
The truth is armed citizens save lives because criminals do not follow the law. The only thing Giffords’ “A”-rated states accomplish is disarming the good guys while leaving the bad guys to prey on the law-abiding citizens.

We will continue to fight every anti-gun bill, hold unscrupulous politicians’ feet to the fire, and mobilize thousands of South Carolinians to defend our God-given rights.
We will keep fighting until South Carolina tops the list of Giffords’ so-called “F”-rated states, and we will continue fighting after that.
